Bobbi Farquhar is an Engel & Völkers Real Estate Advisor serving Annapolis, Edgewater, Anne Arundel County, and communities throughout Maryland. Licensed since 2009 and working full-time in real estate since 2014, she combines the perspective of an experienced investor with the dedication of a trusted local advisor.
Long before becoming an agent, Bobbi purchased her first investment property while still in college. That passion for real estate eventually led her to earn her license after years of buying, selling, and managing investment properties herself. Today, she helps buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families confidently navigate everything from first homes to luxury waterfront estates.
Having called South River Colony home for more than 26 years, Bobbi offers clients firsthand knowledge that extends well beyond market statistics. She understands the neighborhoods, schools, waterfront communities, builders, commuting patterns, and lifestyle that make Anne Arundel County one of Maryland's most desirable places to live.
Known for her energy, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strategic marketing, Bobbi has built her business primarily through repeat clients and referrals—a reflection of the lasting relationships she creates and the results she consistently delivers.
Before real estate, Bobbi spent years working in Information Technology, earning both a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. That analytical background influences everything from pricing strategy and negotiations to digital marketing and data-driven market analysis.
Outside of real estate, Bobbi is the majority co-owner of eMed Medical Supply, a company founded after her son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. She is passionate about giving back to the diabetes community and enjoys gardening, tennis, pickleball, traveling, and spending time with family.
Whether helping a first-time buyer, marketing a luxury waterfront home, or assisting clients relocating to Maryland, Bobbi's goal remains the same: helping people make smart real estate decisions while finding not just a house, but a place they truly love to call home.
